Do i require to sign up for a account, before purchasing product in jopoet ?

No, it is totally up to our customer. But customer who have an account will get access to more detail information about their oder status.

How to buy ?

It is really simple to get this process done. Sign up an account and choose the item you wish to purchase, add to the cart and checkout.

What is mean by on hold status for my order ?

It means that customer has not yet pay for their order. Customer have to bank in the exact amount of funds into our bank account, with your order ID in payment references. Once we receive the fund, your order status will be updated and this will also be notified by email.

How to direct transfer ?

Please make your payment directly into our bank account. And use your ORDER ID AS THE PAYMENT REFERENCE.( You will not need to send us picture or else) Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Why is my order status still not updated, but i have already bank in the funds ?

Can i pay by credit /debit card ?

We do not offer card payment at the moment and we are apologies for the inconvenient that might cause due to the payment method limitation.

How can i receive my order ID ?

Once you make an order, we will send you a notification through your email with your order ID, order confirmation and summary.
